Who We Are
Ankit Singal Advocates is an Indian law firm founded in 2016 and is proficient in the areas of corporate, commercial litigation (including arbitration, insolvency and mergers) and real estate consumer disputes.
The group consists of the law firm – Ankit Singal Advocates and also a Chartered Accountancy firm – Shanker Singal Associates (headed by Mr. Shanker Singal, an Ex-RoC with experience of more than 35 years). By leveraging extensive experience in complementary fields, the group provides a one stop solution for corporate, commercial and civil litigation, Arbitrations, Agreements drafting, corporate advisory, risk advisory, audit and accounting outsourcing.

Each one of us believes in and follows our four-steps approach, abbreviated as “RISE”. We deem these to be the essential foundation for achieving excellence in all that we do.
Recognise
We start with recognising the problem and its cause by collecting information from clients and differentiating facts from opinions.
Identify
Thereafter, we identify the available remedies in line with reliefs required through in-depth factual analysis and legal research.
Strategize
At this level, we evaluate all potential legal remedies to select the best and strategize a course of action for its successful execution. Very often a legal remedy which would have been discarded immediately, when evaluated properly, turns out to be an effective solution.
Execute
Execution is the culmination of all the work done for providing best suited legal remedy. At this final level, we ensure successful execution of the strategized course of action and follow-up the same.
